If you’ve noticed an issue that might be addressed through a friendly conversation, we encourage you to reach out directly to your neighbor. It’s remarkable how often a simple discussion can clear up misunderstandings and lead to cooperative solutions.

If you’ve already tried this approach, or if the matter seems beyond what can be resolved one-on-one, please let the Board know. We’re committed to maintaining harmony and upholding the high standards of our neighborhood. Every report we receive helps us better understand and address the needs of our community.
